The internet light on my hub is yellow, I have tried starting and reconnecting, it's saying my connection has dropped?

Ours went down just before 10am last night too, and our son's, who lives a few streets away. So30 Southampton. Still off this morning. No outages reported on the app. Aren't these usually monitored overnight and we get a message? Nothing this time.

Yeah they usally are, no reports of it at all but I spoke to Sky this morning and they said there's an outage in the area and Openreach should text, but still nothing so far.

Thank you, I have had zero update from Sky, they told me there was an outage in my area and Openreach would text me, but still nothing.
Will give Sky another call when I get home.

Back on this morning - a lot of people lost all broadband locally not just sky. Anyway back on but still not a word from Openreach or Sky about the outage which lasted nearly 36 hours. SO30 postcode.

Same, back on at some point last night but nothing at all from Sky or Openreach, such poor customer service.
