My internet has been running slowly and dropping connection in the last week, all the tests I've run myself and via the sky website say the connection is fine but something is off. As a gamer I can tell instantly when the connection drops, or slows down to the point things are unplayable.

We've been having similar problems this week. Laptop connected with ethernet to the router but skype and zoom calls keep dropping out.
