My internet drops out daily

My internet is dropping out daily and it seems to be getting worse

I have had the same issue all day wearing a bit thin now especially on how much I pay to the service quicker I can leave the better.

Never had a problem until about 6 weeks ago this started. When you do the service checker it says it's fine even though the router has orange lights. 
I've only just renewed it's ridiculous
