WiFi not reaching parts of my house

I set up my Sky router the WiFi signal is not reaching to parts of my house so am unable to use devices. I've tried phoning Sky but every time I phone it either cuts me off or doesn't put me through to a person. Any suggestions about how I can sort this out would you be gratefully received!

If you need extra coverage in your home and want to use Sky boosters then you first need either the Sky Broadband boost or Sky Max subscription, you can then claim free boosters from Sky. If you are unable to get through on the phone we can escalate your post on the forum so you can chat with a Sky advisor.
