My internet connection isn’t working on any devices

I have been cleaning around the internet wires in my living room and now none of my devices will connect. I have no internet

@Debbie139 check the cable from the wall socket or ONT unit is plugged in securely at each end as you msy well have knocked it. The cables are designed tolock into place.

I've had same problem intermittently over past few days. This morning was not connecting again for a few hours. In the end, so fed up of "testing" I completely unplugged the hub from socket. I've plugged it back on now and it's connected. Don't know whether that's what's fixed it or just co-incidence. I've got engineer visit on Tuesday, so will see what he says. It's a nuisance isn't it! 🥱
