@Jojo0902 sounds like the extender is too far from the hub to connect. Extenders need installing half way between the location of the hub and where you need the signal so move the extenders nearer the hub. Sky will never guarantee WiFi outside your home so coverage in a garden cannot be promised. If you explain what you need the external connection for there could be a better solution than an extender designed to improve WiFi coverage in your home.
