My broadband order was showing on account but has disappeared due to go live 1st may broadband box with Royal Mail anyone no why it's not on my orders on account many thanks

@Vicki56 various possible reasons first is you are signing in with a Sky id not linked to the account so check thst first. If you are certain you are signing in correctly give Sky a call to check what is happening and ask them to sort out the log in for you.
