My download speed is so slow

My sky download speed is shocking, if my husband wants to play the ps5 we can't use the WiFi as he keeps getting kick off when streaming, also has took over an hour to download an add on for his game! And we aren't even on the WiFi! 
I also prioritise the ps5 for all download speed but it's still useless!!! Can anyone advise pls

What speed does the Sky diagnostics say they are delivering to the Hub?

@Juliehfc What is your expected speed package you have from sky, you do not say and the Forum is not sky Customer Service!
