My Samsung SMART TV no longer connects wirelessly to the internet

This Samsung TV no longer connects to the internet, since having my SKy internet improved. I cannot change the IP number on the TV, either. My other Samgung TV does connect wirelessly to the internet, so it is strange that one Samsung Smart tv continues to connect wirelessly (since my SKy broadband had been upgraded), but the other Samsung tv no longer connects.

If you now have a white Max Hub then it will be using WPA3-T encryption by default, which the television set in question may not be able to cope with.

You can reduce the encryption to WPA2-PSK using the Hub administration settings in the My Sky app.

@MartinLL Did you change the sky Hub with your upgrade, and also at that time did it move position?
