None of my devices will connect to my router broadband.
I have my normal sky TV but nothing that needs Internet
I have followed all the steps on the Web site to solve the problem but they haven't worked.
My router had power and all the correct lights on it.
It's been live this for 3 days now

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lesley_Edwards have you tried restarting the Sky hub by disconnecting tge power fir 30 seconds. If you have already done so or it doesnt restore tge connection call Skybto report the issue. Calls on your Sky Talk line to Sky are free dial 150.
