I've had no Internet since 9 pm last night. I've gone through the checks with you online and it says my Internet is fine. I have no Internet on my phone and my sky Q mini box doesn't work either, but my sky downstairs does

Find out more@Amelia+ladek check the lights on your Sky hub as even if you have lost internet connection the Q mini should receive the linesr channels from the main Q box if your hub is on and producing a wifi signal. If the hub is dead call Skybto get it replaced.
