My devices are saying connected to network but not broadband

My tvs are saying connected to the local network but not to the internet no matter how many times I reset everything it isn't letting the internet work in my tvs and really

fristrating it's all I really use the internet for and I'm going to have cancel with Skyla if it can't be sorted out it's the worst internet I've had
