Tomorrow my broadband will start but I cant setup byself because the connections are far from my living room and I cannot connect it. The wire provided from company is too short.

Sky won't provide anything other than their standard cabling: you'd need to source alternatives yourself.

I called them they said I can order it from amazon and they will adjust the amount in my bill.
