Could not connect to a specific game.

I have been playing this game for about 2 years now, when I was still with a different ISP it was working pretty good. But since I moved out to my old apartment, I tried Sky Community. But I can't play the game that I really love because of this. I could connect to the game using VPN but it slows down my internet speed and becomes so laggy. Any thoughts on how to sort this one out?
P.S: I already disabled the Broadband shield and still nothing.

@Kris26 where is the server you are using based? A search online refers to a free server in the Phillippenes which may explain your issue as routing is going to be pretty problematic. Sky normally have decent routing but playing on a. Server literally half a world away is never going to be ideal

this game is based in Singapore.

Note: If I use VPN and connect it to Ireland, it works but it's got 1 sec delay.

@Kris26 routing to Singapore is always going to be dodgy to play a game but Sky should have a route. Could this be some form of geo-fencing blocking UK connections? Have you tried pinging the server to see the round trip time which inevitably is going to be pretty poor.
