The router for my wifi box are green but the wifi isn't actually working. No devices in my house are getting a connection to the wifi, and having to use mobile data, we can't watch anything on our TV as it was connected to the WiFi box. I need this sorted, I have paid my bill which is way more that what I should be paying for WiFi that is slowly and barely works. Sometimes I find my mobile data runs better.
