You state that the mega bytes per second should be 76mb/s. The reception on our mobile phothethis.

     My WiFi is very poor.  We singed for 75mb/s. But the signal on our mobile phones are diabolical.  Can you put this matter right.  As it ois casing major problems

Hi @GordonCarter 

The speed you pay for is to be measured over Ethernet, not WiFi. Additionally this speed has no link to the signal strength on your devices, this is dictated by distance from the router, neighbouring routers & performance of the WiFi radios on the router.

As @jamesn123 indicates, that would be the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed over the cabled connection as far as the Hub, not WiFi coming from it (which is always zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls)
