@Bkhadadha& @Luke6781 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

We have the dame issue. Engineer came out and said virus on devises. Nonsense as full check done by IT expert of 30 years experience. Rebooked engineer and theyve cancelled again. So fed up with sky now
