Two days, and still heard nothing from SKY, in regards to fixing my wifi. No message, no phone call, no email, nothing. I work from home. I need my wifi.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JayRok32 Have you ran the broadband test to see if it picks up this fault. Where is that you are from as there are reports outages in a few areas in the past few days with Sky.

Im in glasgow. Ran tests. They say it needs to be fixed. Still waiting....

I called them...."lines are busy".....,30 minutes later, "All our lines are busy.....and blah, blah, blah". The engineers that came out, said it SHOULD, be working now. NOPE. I asked them why this happened, their answer was, "it happens all the time, people at SKY just pull plugs, its a mess there, wires and plugs everywhere". **bleep**!!!??
