I paid my bill and my WiFi still isn't working can i get some help with it being put back on

@JensonLangley if the service has been suspended due to late payment it wont be switched back on until the payment clears and you have set up a direct debit mandate or some other automatic payment method.

@JensonLangley  You may need to wait for payment to clear, in addition you need to setup a new difrect debit, if payment was more than 2 weeks late you'll need to pay the followi g months also.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
