My broadband order taking too long

It has been a month since I ordered it. All the update messages that I'm receiving are for the delaying of this. This is getting really frustrating as I have sky glass since then (PAYING FOR THAT TOO) and I can't even use it.  I request a compensation or a delay on the bill.

If provisioning is due to be over new FTTP then unfortunately delay isn't unusual, particularly with installer shortages over the summer holiday season.  Once the broadband is in place you'll be eligible for compensation if a promised date was missed, and could also negotiate a settlement for the unusable Glass subscription.
