WiFi issues at home

Hi

i have been experience severe issues with my WiFi at home in all rooms of the house. This has been ongoing.

this morning I ran a speed test on my laptop and got 7.56Mbps download and 33.8Mbps download. I'm happy to share a picture of this speed test.

Please note that I have 2 mini boxes on the 1st and 2nd floor of my house and they should act as boosters for the router. I don't believe they are doing anything.

regards

Mini boxes use technology from 2014-15, and realistically cannot be expected to have anything like the performance of a modern mesh solution.

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
