My broadband keeps dropping
My broadband keeps dropping out and keep having 2 orange lights i keep resetting but ot keeps doing it what else can I do, I've even unplugged the router but it still happens

@Fluffybunnu unfirtunately linecdrops are quite common in winter as the weather destabilises some connections. You can run the connection checker in the My Sky app to see if it picks up a fault and offers ti book an engineer. If it doesnt you can report the issue to Sky but whether they can get Openreach to check your line depends on the frequency it drops as the systems in the cabinet should stabilise the line in time without requiring any intervention
