My broadband isn’t working

My internet isn't working. I have done the test and it says it fine but it isn't . The lights on my router are not all green one is off and one is orange. It happened earlier on today , switch it off then came back on now it's off again and can't get it to work .

@Anne441  When you tried the service checker was this within the first hour of your broadband developed the fault or was it after, as the app does take time to pick this up?

Thank you for response, I've managed to get to the bottom of it now . My router is faulty,  a new one is being sent out.
