Wifi strength

Wifi strength is ridiculously slow. 
paying for 60mb, sitting withig 3 meter distance from router, one person watching youtube second person netflix and its just keep buffering. 
run the test it says all kormal but clearly not.

@Misi first check that thecspeed to your hub is correct by using the service checker in the My Sky app click on the latest speed result to see recent history and the guaranteed speed your line can support. If the result is low tge app should offer further support.

 

Alot depends on what obstructions there are in the 3m you mention. Fresh air wont be an issue but throw in a wall built ofbrick or worse stone and you could have issues. Also check there isnt a radiator between the hub and the devices as those will totally block the direct wifi signal.

Latest speed test says 57.6 mb

there us nothing between us and router. 
router is on the table and we are at the sofa. As you said air not affecting it so nothing else is between. Even if i sat eight next to it its just slow.

@Misi Are both devices buffering and also are both devices wireless wi-fi connected!
