My broadband is poor

Good Evening, I have sky glass, a small multi room hub and my broadband is pretty poor. 
Everytime I test it there is always the answer of No Issues. However, my sky glass is glitchy and freezes, particularly on live events. When my son is gaming there is next to no service in our home on WiFi. 
I run my business from home and this simply isn't good enough. 
surely your WiFi/broadband can cope with 10 or so devices at once?
