The internet stopped working at 10.40pm. I've done all the broadband tests on the Sky website and it states that the internet is working fine - when it is not. It has directed me to this forum for further help. I am not sure what else I need to do. Please can you get it back up and running as soon as possible.

My broadband suddenly stopped working around 20 minutes ago. Sky website saying it's working and no problems!

I've been trying for 20 minutes to log into google on my iPad so it obvious sky broadband is down.

Same for me. When I try to reconnect with the network it shows me a Sky Gateway login screen of which I am not sure what are the credentials.

Mine down as well. Also getting the no connection issues, despite first saying there is a problem with my broadband!

Mine has been down ALL day, even though service page says fine,but acknowledges there's a problem on previous page!

My broadband is also down. Done this the past few nights. App says there is a problem but then all okay apparently when it runs the test. This is beyond a joke.

My broadband is down too - M30 area.
Please sort this by morning, Sky. Wifi is very much needed in this house!

The app can only tell you the result when the test last ran automatically or when you tell it to run yourself. It takes time to determine whether a fauly affects just one line or a whole exchange or groups of exchanges.
