Ive woke to no internet at all whats going on? Anyone else having the same problem ive tried everything

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Bex39 losds of similar reports so it is likely there is a fault affecting numerous customers. Run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection and it should give you **bleep** Sky know. If it doesnt call Sky and report the fault but lines will be very busy - Sky fully open at 8am.

I spoke to sky and I should have reset the hub with button on the side but I was using the one on the bottom. Working fine now. Thanks
