My booster is not connecting
It disconnected and we are struggling to get it back up

@SteveCastle try plugging it in closer to the hub boosters need a strong signal to work so should be placed roughly halfway between the hub and where you need the boost. If the booster wont connect shen in the same room as the hub it is probably faulty so if supplied by Sky call them to get it replaced.
