My WiFi network is 5 GHz but I need to change it to 2.4 GHz

I am trying to connect my HP Printer wirelessly to my WiFi but it won't connect because it can only connect to 2.4 GHz  and it's currently 5 GHz . HP have told me to contact Sky but I can't see any  broadband tech suport numbers

You can seperate the wifi as below to give you 2 seperate ssids
