My WiFi keeps dropping out today

WiFi dropping out repeatedly today >5 times. Interrupting work meetings and taking 3-4 minutes to resolve.

Over recent months dropping out WiFi is getting more frequent. 
It used to be every so often, now multiple times a day (3-4).

today has been a particularly bad day (5-10 times).

The colours on the hub are all green. When I open mysky app to check the connection it is red, then I refresh it and it goes back to green. It is not prolonged periods when it drops out it's only a few minutes. But the rate in which it's dropping is very frequent.

@SO8 It's all about the hub that is why i asked the question that way, all green is what i need as the reply, so now when you see it next time and if it is a phone you are using, please look at the wifi bars on it, want to know if you see the bars with a ! exclamation mark, ie connected to the wireless but there is no Internet connection, that is what the symbol i think will show you.

Same is happening to me, nothing chance so many all of a sudden have their hubs fail. This is an external issue...

Hello, yes that's it I am connected but there is an exclamation mark which says no internet connection. It is happening across all devices - phone, laptop and smart TV.

@SO8 And the second part to this and why it is seperated, is DO all the devices that you have if multiples do the same, ie it's just not your phone that is going off it's everything.....

 

You see great minds think alike but you are too quick for me to get the answer out, and another reply while typing this....

My hub keeps losing Internet and then taking 3/4mins to load back up again

@SO8 First off i am just a customer like you, but the next question is tonight when you are finished with the need for Broadband an i know that there is no such thing in this modern world, would you be prepared to switch your hub off for a couple of hours, that in theory will when it goes back on get a different path connection to the sky servers, and see if it impoves how your hub is operating if it does indeed jump, my connection was through the glasgow server's as up in scotland where i live, but a test yesterday i have now pathed through manchester server's instead....

@Finney28 @Rudi123456 Kind off you to jump on the post, but unless you have exactly the same as @SO8 is seeing then you are the same, if not then you have a different kind of fault, there are multiple reason's that the Internet Broadband goes off, so DO NOT get confused and just assume one is as good as the other!
