**bleep** poor service

Has anyone upgraded their broadband and it not be delivered 

and the been ignored when they ring customer service

@Ian+Kavanagh When did you upgrade, and is it showing in your orders or messages instead of trying to find out from CS via a call.

Not an instant just flick a switch and it all happens!
