My WiFi isn’t working

I've had no WiFi for nearly 30 minutes. I've turned the router off and reset it. Still isn't working. There's an orange light on the router

Could you run the service checker in your my sky app using mobile data

 

If it comes back saying no issues them click on test my wifi/connection in the blue box to update the test

I've tried and I phoned Sky. They can't see where the fault is and I need to wait 10 days with no wifi or TV for an engineer
