Dear Team,
Lately my WiFi hasn't been working even though I'm paying high price for my broadband. For this reason I would like to cancel my broadband so, I don't get further charge.

If you have a fault with your broadband you must report it to Sky who need to be given a reasonable amount of time to fix it. You cant just break your contract because you feel like the service isnt working properly but havent reported it to Sky.
