Hi, I'm currently having an issue with my
broadband where I find the internet is down every morning when I wake up. I have ultrafast 1 broadband which is full fibre with the little open reach box. I've previously had this issue where I've had to have an open reach engineer out. The voice light turns amber on the hub but when I mention this to sky advisors they tell me the voice light is to do with the telephone and not the actual internet connection?
