I have 2 orange lights on my sky box iv tried turning off but nothing happens

I'm having the same issue but when I run the test in My Sky, it says everything is ok. I have reset the router but it's still not working 😕

Mines an external issue and have gotta wait 2-5 days for an engineer. No working from home. No Alexa. No smart TV. No Xbox. Gotta love sky aren't yay! This is the second time in 10 months.

Annoying though individual broadband outages are, Sky supplies over six million addresses and at any particular point in time it's absolutely inevitable that some of those Openreach circuits are going to have problems.  In each case the issue needs to be pursued with Sky for diagnosis and investigation: posting here cannot begin this process.

Mine just stopped working 30mins ago, I am in Devon.
