in last few months my WiFi is working very bad !

If speeds to the hub are lower than the guarantee or the hub is losing connection multiple times a day then Sky should get your line checked. Good placecto start iscthe service checker in the.My Sky app which checks speeds daily.
If however the problem is poor wifi in your home thst isnt something Sky can help,with without charging you more.
