Wi-Fi not connecting. Only 3 lights work on plug in router out of 4. TV not connected to the Wi-Fi . No Wi-Fi or broadband at all. Not working properly since it was installed. I am not happy and need it fixed as I have final exams at uni and I can't do anything.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MM34 loss of service between midnight and 5am is often down to essential maintenance work. If your service is back up this morning thst is the explanation.
