My TV won’t work

My TV won't stay at a station and dubbing is wrong. To only works for a minute.

internet is also patchy.

we are very disappointed with our package. If it can't be improved we want to cancel our broadband and to package.

@Neil3332 If you need the help off sky then you have to give them a call, dial 150 from your landline or a sky mobile to speak to them direct!
