Since skyfibre no broadband shield

Ive been with sky broadband 4 yrs and then swirched to their fibre Since this 1 month ago i have no access to broadband shield I have 2 emails as ID already in use and the sky broadband specilaist suggested making a 3rd - done but whilist i can now i do have broqdband with sky there is no broqdband shiled access ie if i press on it it says ' somethi g is wrong' you doent have broqdband with sky 3 calls tp sky have failed to solve this Anyhelp would be greqtly appreciated thank you Nigel

@-NigelW- You can have sky adjust it to whatever setting you need, do you require to be constantly adjusting it yourself?

Have sky check the account side, once all setup you should be able to check and do everything, also try from another device to see if you can get to it and adjust! 

Had a quick check against mine on the account looks to be working although i never saved but adjustments looked to be changing, do have mine switched off as not in use and also on a FF500 connection!
