We have recently installed Sky Broadband and have an Sync Electric Vehicle charger - I am trying to connect the charger to the new wifi however, when i am trying the WiFi set up and scanning for the network the charger is not picking up the SKy Wifi to enable me to connect.
I have been directed to you from manufacturer as they are saying the charger is online with them and the issue is my home provider.
Any help greatly appreciated.

1. You need to split the WiFi bands on your hub so the 2.4ghz band your charger wants to connect to is visible on its own. Instructions on how to do that can be found here; https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/How-to-separate-WiFi-bands/ba-p/3530610
2. Your Sky hubs WiFi does not reach through the exterior wall to your charger, you may need to get a booster from Sky but this would involve taking out the broadband boost subscription.

They are advising that I need to turn off the 5GHz channel temporarily and when the charger is connected turn it back on.
how do I turn off the 5GHz channel?
