Upgrade from sky hub to sky hub max
I've recently changed to sky hub max to help improve WiFi around the house (well hoped to), I'm on sky superfast broadband too and there are 4 of us with mobiles, 2 ps5s, 2 smart tvs (kids rooms), and sky glass but my daughters tv and phone keep losing connection to internet/wifi so upgrading hasn't solved it, she's having to use her data on her phone to use her phone in her room and I don't know how else to fix it?

Re: Upgrade from sky hub to sky hub max
You could try ethernet homeplugs and then a wireless access point in or near the room in question, eg: the ethernet homeplugs will mean you don't need to run a long ethernet cable for ethernet communication via the mains circuitry home wiring if good enough.

Re: Upgrade from sky hub to sky hub max
Where a Max Hub isn't providing the minimum coverage Sky specifies for the service, you contact them for loan of a Max 'pod' (WiFi booster) under the terms of the Enhanced WiFi Guarantee.
