Sky broadband is always dropping but has been constant over the last week

When I check on Sky it's says there is a problem but when I log in and do checks it say everything is OK??? any help appreciated

@Barney38  Does it tell what area is having the issue and is it showing in red in the checker and that it is trying to do " Let's fix it ".
