I've been with Sky for around 17 months now. Almost coming to the end of my contract with them. I have the ultrafast package and it really isn't ultrafast. Me and my partner cannot use WiFi on our mobile devices as it doesn't work whatsoever. They're trying to charge me a lot more a month from next month for WiFi that is really slow and drops off all the time. I was wondering if there's anyone I can talk to who can help me out. I've gone through all the steps with the virtual assistant and had no changes. If this doesn't get sorted I'll just be changing providers as it's just not good enough.

If you want to talk to Sky then dial 150 from your landline or 0 3 3 3 7 5 9 1 0 1 8 from any other phone
