My Internet is slow

I have a booster in my room.

Im getting dowload speeds of 1mbs which makes me keep using my phone as a hotspot.

I thought maybe its the booster, however the main router is also slow and not allowing us to be using devices at the same time because when we do the internet completely drops, tbh i am quite fed up, as we pay alot of money for this internet and havent been able to use it for the past year, we have made do for now as we are not all home at the same time however over christmas period we really noticed it slacking.

What do we do
