Won't pick up signal

Can not get any signal in the kitchen or upstairs , so I am practically paying for a product that is not working

The product you pay for is a broadband line into the house and the speed on that along with a router which has no guarantee of providing WiFi in every room.

If you pay for any of the addons like Broadband Boost or Sky WiFi Max then you are entitled to claim boosters to improve coverage.
