Issue with Wi-Fi and connecting to mobiles

Internet says it's all working fine, but can not get Wi-Fi to work with mobile phones we have to use 4g to get any connection. How do we solve this issue

What mobile phones are you trying to connect and what step are you getting to? Any error messages?
