My Internet is absolutely schocking

I've signed up for another 18 months and got a better Internet package and my son can't use his pc . I even pay gor a booster and again he can't go on it.. ice just tried testing my Internet and it just loads and loads but nothing else I then press back and it says it looks good.. we can't use anything .. I live in a tiny 2 up 2 down and have to pay for a booster .. can someone help sort mu Internet out I'm disabled have to work from home till my spinal surgery so I need the Internet every day to log on to my government accounts ..

Lots depend on your home, wall and floor materials and position of your router.

You may consider these (see link). They will provide a wired connection for your sons PC so no more dependence on Wi-Fi there. That may give you both what you need.
