My Internet connection when will it be sorted

My Internet was suppose to go live 25th march , now I've been told someone out 1st April which is a bank holiday Being charged for Internet I don't have So need to know what is going on

@Dalejack If its a new service the charge shouldn't start until the service is up and running and you should be compensated for any delay see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

It's booked in for 1st and that's Bank Holiday Monday,  and I'm away
