Hello, I placed an order for sky, broadband which was subsequently cancelled because Openreach were useless. Sky sent me a white Hub.
I placed a new order and received a second Hub put this time. It is black.
for some reason I seem to have two accounts and every time I try and phone to get them to clarify my order or anything they suggest I buy further products and they cannot access my account.
so frustrating can anybody help!?
