The wifi on my broadband turns orange effecting my internet and it's been doing it the passed few days continuously, I've unplugged, reset it but still not working

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Alice14 are you sure its not the internet light on the hub rather than the wifi light? That would indicate a loss of connection to the line. If so run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile conne ction as that can tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line if the re isnt either give Sky a call or wait until the forum messaging time invites you onto a chat session which may not happen until tomorrow.

Yes sorry it's the internet, it's flashing orange then stays orange, then it comes on after a while but it's been doing it for some time now and I did a test it said everything was fine other than some devices could have better connection to the internet
